Project Scope: Customized development of on-line Hiring Assessments for Customer Service Representative positions. Special Considerations:
1) Brand new Customer Service center which required 500 new representatives to be hired within a narrow time window; American Water Works knew that it would require sorting through thousands of applications to attain 500 quality employees.
2) Assessments designed specifically for Customer Service positions within the Utilities Industry, assessing both the soft skills and the hard skills required for maximum job performance levels.
Outcomes: By "Hiring Right the First Time", American Water Works has increased theproductivity of their Customer Service workforce. By hiring the right employees forthe right positions, the company has successfully maintained high morale andincreased customer satisfaction. |
